We allow 14 Days Refund for the following conditions:

Refund Type: Partial Refund
If your order is marked as completed but the service was not delivered, you are eligible for a partial refund based on the amount not delivered.

Refund Type: Full Refund
If your order has not started processing within 5 days of placement, you are eligible for a full refund.

Refill Services
Refund Type: Partial Refund
We provide partial refunds for all refill services according to refill conditions. The refund amount depends on the service delivered before the drop.

Refund Method
Default: Account Balance
We provide refunds to your account balance by default. If you need a refund to your PayPal or Bank account, please contact our support team.
2. Disputes / Chargebacks
Strict Policy
You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.

Consequences of Disputes/Chargebacks
If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to:
- Terminate all future orders
- Ban you from our site permanently
- Remove any followers or likes delivered to your or your clients' social media accounts
- Take legal action if necessary
Orders placed on PROMOTE by Fair E Web Host will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your account if the order is non-deliverable.
Important Notes
Private Account Orders
Misplaced or private account orders will NOT qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
Fraudulent Activity
Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to immediate termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
Multiple Service Providers
Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you correct followers/likes numbers in that case. We will not refund for these orders.
Service Delivery Time
Most of our services start instantly, except a few services that take 24-48 hours to deliver. If you do not receive your service in time, please contact support to fix the issue.
Support Hours: We are online 18 hours per day to provide you support.
Order Verification
Always verify the following before placing an order:
- Account username is correct
- Account is public (not private)
- Link/URL is correct and accessible
- Service quantity and details are accurate
